EvoluSIM is a hosted service that uses the SIMphonic ALM (Application Loader Manager), an Oberthur Card Systems platform that can maintain GSM files & load/delete applications Over-The-Air (OTA). Voxmobile will initially use this technology to update the roaming (PLMN) file within the SIM card to manage the automatic selection of a network while roaming.
