StarHub has awarded Nokia a contract to supply WCDMA 3G network equipment with an estimated value of 100 million euros. The five-year frame agreement follows StarHubs thorough evaluation of 3G offering from several vendors and confirms Nokia as the technology partner of choice for StarHubs 3G network.

Under the agreement, Nokia will supply a complete 3G network, including radio-access and core network equipment, and delivery management services including network planning. Deliveries start immediately to make possible network launch by the end of 2004.
