Net Element International completes acquisition of Unified Payments

The acquisition positions and diversifies Net Element International’s mobile payments business and creates a new platform division dubbed TOT Group, with focus on global mobile payments and transaction processing markets. Net Element International has already initiated the integration and localization of Unified Payments’ products and services in Russia and other emerging markets.

In recent news, Net Element has entered an agreement with NTH Group, an European AISP (Application and Infrastructure Service Provider) for media and telecom services, to extend the reach of TOT Money’s mobile messaging and mobile payments operations to additional emerging countries.
