Under the terms of the partnership, Moneris is set to make available a payment processing system that integrates with TouchBistro’s point-of-sale and restaurant management tools.
Moneris provides credit, debit, wireless and online payment services via more than 350,000 merchant locations and processes over 2 billion transactions annually. Via its Ernex division, Moneris offers electronic loyalty and gift card programs.
TouchBistro provides iPad restaurant technology for coffee shops, bars, food trucks, nightlife venues and restaurants. The TouchBistro app is currently present in 17 countries on the Apple App Store.
In recent news, Moneris has added an e-commerce option to its cloud-based retail management product Morris.
