iLOAD NV will market the service under the iLOAD name and exploit the innovative software solutions from SimDex for the electronic distribution of mobile phone recharge, Long distance service, JAVA mobile games, tickets and more. iLOAD has entered into an agreement with the Belgian eft terminal vendor and aquirer, Banksys. The iLOAD TopUp service will be provided through C-ZAM/SMASH terminals. C-ZAM/SMASH terminal is a Java-based multi-function terminal abel to support multiple applications for iLOAD. SimDex will provide iLOAD with the prepaid technology, service and connections to C-ZAM/SMASH and various other terminals like cash register, kiosks and Internet.
