The facility is being provided in arrangement with MSN India and Mobile 365, a global player in delivery, billing and settlement of mobile messaging services, a company statement said here today. Under the agreement, Airtel customers will be able to receive e-mail sent to their MSN Hotmail accounts via two-way short message service (SMS), as well as send and receive messages using MSN Messenger via their Airtel mobile phone. They will also be able to reply to those e-mail messages directly to the senders inbox using SMS. The messenger service will allow subscribers to chat to other subscribers as well as to MSN users on their PC, it said. New Service will enhance the mobile telephony experience of over 9.5 million Airtel customers, Airtel Director (Mobility) Atul Bindal said.
