Mr. Giffen was first appointed to 724 Solutions Board in February 2003 as an independent Board member, at which time he also assumed the responsibility as the Chairman of the companys Audit Committee. Mr. Giffen is a Chartered Accountant with an extensive technology and financial management background. He will also remain Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kramer, who joined 724 Solutions Advisory Board in August 2003, is Chief Executive Officer and President of Q Comm International, a company that offers innovative systems that facilitate the distribution of prepaid wireless and other services on behalf of mobile operators and their distribution partners. Mr. Kramer brings depth of knowledge and experience from the mobile network industry from his twelve years at AirTouch/Vodafone.
