The relaunch aims to provide more personalisation, with item recommendations and services that are relevant to the city-dwelling customer’s life.
Jet.com will also offer three-hour grocery delivery and customers who use Apple’s iOS will have access to voice-enabled services that will help customers with things like making shopping lists. The platform is focused on reaching urban customers, particularly millennials, a group that has proven difficult for Walmart to reach.
In October 2018, Jet.com will launch a curated assortment of Nike apparel and shoes for men, women, and children. The assortment will include the latest merchandise, with both the Nike and Converse brands.
