Danube app to boost online shopping

Danube, a Saudi-Arabia retailer, has announced the launching of a new ecommerce platform for retail shopping.

The new technology will provide fresh products and all grocery needs to their customers at a time of their convenience and is expected to boost the user-experience of online grocery shopping to a new level of convenience, online safety and service, claims the company.

According to reports, about 75% of the Kingdom’s population has access to the internet and, currently, there are reported over 22 million mobile phone users in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, the country is amongst the largest and the fastest growing e-commerce country in the GCC.
