Bridgeline Digital acquires Magnetic

US web management product suite developer Bridgeline Digital has purchased Magnetic, a technology company that provides web application development, web design, mobile application development, usability, web content management system implementations and e-commerce implementations for its customers.

For this purchase, Bridgeline Digital has paid USD 1 million in cash, common stock and earn-out consideration based on certain future financial performance. In related news, Magnetics Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Bakunas, has joined Bridgeline Digital as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Florida region.

Headquartered near Boston, Bridgeline Digital has additional locations in Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, New York, Philadelphia, Bangalore and India.
