SutiSoft rolls out web-based invoice management application

Wednesday 8 December 2010 11:04 CET | News

SutiSoft, a US-based provider of hosted and enterprise services, has rolled out SutiInvoice, an online invoice management application for electronic billing and payment.

The SutiInvoice functionality has been designed to provide a repository for storing invoices, payment receipts as well as invoice-related information. In addition, the application features pre-defined templates for invoice creation.

How it works

To generate an invoice, users need to fill in a series of fields, such as customer info, tax options, payment terms as well as account details. The service is set to allow users to automatically set up recurring invoices to be sent out to customers based on their schedule and billing cycles. Furthermore, automated email notifications can be sent to customers informing them of outstanding invoices.

Customers can pay either by using traditional payment options such as cash or cheque, or via the online channel using their PayPal, Google or Authorize.net accounts. Details of payments received online are automatically reflected in the application. For traditional payment methods, details of payments received can be updated within the functionality to show a paid status. After a payment is received, invoice statements can be sent to a customers mobile device using SMS.
