Integrated Banking Technology (IBT), a US provider of core processing and imaging software applications for financial institutions, has teamed up with payment services provider SeerGate.

Under the terms of the agreement, IBT is set to deploy SeerGate’s Secured Lock System, a secure system for interactive, real-time online banking transactions, to provide an interbank payment and invoicing solution for its portfolio of clients.

SeerGate’s Secured Lock System allows financial institutions to create direct payment and invoicing connectivity among individuals and businesses performing electronic transactions. Secured Lock is a platform providing financial institutions with a common user experience to offer payment and invoicing connectivity for social network communities, e-marketplaces, small businesses payments collection and direct billing functionality.

Further, Secured Lock facilitates financial transactions in real-time without any personal and financial information being exposed, exchanged or transmitted over the Internet. This capability is supported by a fully-integrated program of tracking, monitoring and rules-based transaction with an invoice management system.

IBT will deploy Secured Lock to include in its portfolio of outsourced services it provides to over 200 financial institutions across the United States and Canada.
