According to the source, the PaletteInvoice service is set to enable Stena Line to process both ship-borne transaction invoices for passenger retail sales and for vessels’ operational supplies, as well as invoices received at its Swedish offices.
The same source reports that with Pallete’s offering, Stena Line paper invoices are scanned and then sent to PaletteInvoice for verification, processing and authorisation.
PaletteInvoice is part of PaletteArena suite of accounts payable AP automation services, which includes the PaletteBuyer, PaletteContract and PaletteSupplier Portal products, according to the source.Stena Line currently processes over 160,000 invoices annually using PaletteInvoice, the source reports.
