CALL integrates with Ariba for order and invoice management

Wednesday 31 July 2013 09:21 CET | News

US services provider for the pharmaceutical industry CALL has integrated its accounting system with the Ariba Network.

As a result, CALL has integrated POs, invoices and order confirmations between the Ariba Network and its Intuit-powered QuickBooks accounting system. CALL had been previously using the Ariba Network to manage purchase orders and invoices with a key customer.

The Ariba Integration Connector, powered by Dell Boomi, provides a means for companies to connect to the Ariba Network regardless of the backend systems they use. The connector currently supports integration with Intuit QuickBooks Premier and Enterprise for US, UK and CA 2009-2013; Sage Peachtree/Sage 50 Complete, Premium, Quantum and Accountant 2009-2013; and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2007-2012 Editions.

In recent news, San Francisco-based startup Koozoo has entered an agreement with Ariba to access the Ariba Discovery service in order to create six Requests for Proposal for various iPhone, and Android devices as well as custom-made mobile device mount solutions.
