Bottomline Technologies acquires IDT and Logical Progression for healthcare and reseller capabilities

Bottomline technologies, a US provider of collaborative payment, invoice and document automation, has acquired the assets of Logical Progression, a company focused on the development of mobile document automation services for the healthcare industry.

As part of the agreement, Logical Ink, a technology developed by Logical Progression, is set to be offered as part of Bottomline’s healthcare solutions portfolio.

Moreover, Bottomline has completed the acquisition of IDT, a partner and reseller of Bottomline’s document automation in the UK and Europe.
