3i Infotech enters e-billing partnership

Thursday 31 March 2011 11:00 CET | News

Global information technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) company 3i Infotech has entered an agreement with US digital postal system company Zumbox.

Under the terms of the deal, 3i Infotech is expected to enable its clients to send electronic bills and other customer communications via Zumboxs digital postal system.

How it works

3i Infotech is set to take the billing file from the client and split it among multiple outbound delivery channels based on customer preferences. When the corresponding inbound payments are received from different sources and processed, paper and electronic payments of all types are consolidated into a centralized A/R file and returned to the client.

The company is expected to exhibit its service at the upcoming NACHA Payment Conference.
