StrikeForce Technologies, Solantus to deliver authentication, encryption tools to prevent Canadian cybercrime

US online fraud prevention services provider StrikeForce Technologies and Solantus, a provider of security technology, have teamed up to deliver to Canadian businesses the necessary tools to prevent cybercrime.

Under the terms of the deal, StrikeForce products including ProtectID, GuardedID and MobileTrust will be offered through select Canadian resellers. In addition, Solantus will help establish the StrikeForce brand in Canada, create market awareness, acceptance and assist in channel development.

The topics of data breach, data security and online fraud have dominated Canada business and technology media outlets in recent months with attention to identifying solutions that address these problems is clearly growing.
