Sopra Banking Software takes over Luminosity for digital auditing and risk management

France-based banking and financing platform Sopra Banking Software has announced the acquisition of Ireland-based digital auditing solution Luminosity.
The aim is to expand the possibilities of its Software Financing Platform (SFP) to include digital auditing and risk management software. Luminosity's digital inventory and self-audit solution SOAR is already in use.

The software supports a wide range of lenders in managing the risk of financed assets. The product range is coordinated with SFP's existing software platform, which primarily manages inventory and inventory financing for lenders.
