Thursday 31 October 2019 12:09 CET | News

Equifax has released its cloud-based platform, Luminate, which uses advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and data orchestration.The solution is designed to provide risk managers with insights in order to help manage fraud decisions across the consumer account lifecycle. Luminate addresses the issue of fraud holistically and it incorporates a broad range of data sources to educate the platform, identify fraud, and adapt to emerging fraud patterns.

Luminate is accessed via a simple Application Program Interface (API), and it delivers a path for organisations to integrate their existing fraud prevention processes and assets. The solution allows organisations to:

  • Minimise operational fraud risk without the need to sacrifice consumer experience;
  • Gain deeper insight into fraud activity as Luminate connects multiple internal, external, and consumer-supplied data, attributes, and scores;
  • Adapt to the changing fraud landscape with an easy-to-use interface, since Luminate includes adaptive learning layers and flexible plug-and-play data acquisition capabilities.
