North Credit Bank selects BPC Banking Technologies for payment processing services

Russian financial institution North Credit Bank has selected BPC Banking Technologies, a provider of open system e-payment services for the global financial industry, for the latter’s SmartVista service to support its payment processing centre.

Under the agreement, SmartVista is set to enable North Credit Bank to pass Visa and MasterCard smartcard issue certifications. The bank is set to deploy SmartIssuer and SmartPro for an integrated card management and card production service. SmartIssuer provides card management software that streamlines card program maintenance while SmartPro is set to provide a credit card production service for magnetic and smart card personalization.

Additionally, BPC is set to implement SmartATM and SmartMerchant, enabling the bank to automate, service and monitor its ATM network as well manage its POS network.

In recent news, BPC Banking Technologies has entered an agreement with ITBI, a provider of services and products in the field of Information Technologies in all the regions of Ukraine.

Under the terms of the deal, BPC is set to combine the SmartVista, its payments service, with RFID technology to deliver an integrated service for Ukraine’s fleet operators managing all aspects of petrol sales in the country. The newly launched service can be deployed across the network of fuel stations in different countries regardless of the amount of participants.
