Rosa Asensio, current President of CROEM INC., located in Sunrise, Florida, has joined No Borders, Inc. as Director of Processing, and Yamil Rivera, current COO of CROEM INC., has joined the Company as Chief Programming Officer. Ms. Asensio and Ruben Sanchez, current General Counsel and General Manager of No Borders, Inc., shall also serve as managing members of the Processing LLC. The Company also announced the completion of its proprietary software for its Stored Value Card Platform. The software integrates money remittance transactions and other products and services with stored value card functionalities. Of significant importance, the software is able to operate on closed loop systems as well as open system networks.
