New Sales Manager onboard

OMNIKEY has appointed Marc T. Hanne as Sales Manager EMEA located in OMNIKEYs headquarters in Walluf.

He will directly report to Volker Kunz, Member of the Board and therein responsible for Sales & Marketing. Marc T. Hanne will be mainly responsible for OMNIKEY accounts in Central and Eastern Europe. In this newly created position he will focus on strengthening and further developing OMNIKEY´s successful sales channels. Before joining OMNIKEY, Marc Hanne held the position of Sales Indirect Channel at Gemplus mids GmbH, a subsidiary of Gemplus S.A., an international smart card and security solution provider. In his role he supported the strategic customers in both the private and public sector in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Prior to that, he was Key Account Manager at Gemplus, working closely together with Field Marketing and Product Management. Marc T. Hanne started his professional career at Celo, a Software company in the IT security sector as Sales Representative and Junior Consultant. He brings with him intensive experience in Business Development and Key Account Management, also within the indirect sales model, representing a valuable asset for OMNIKEY. Marc T. Hanne majored in Business Management from Philips Universität Marburg and North Carolina State University, NC, USA. He gained additional qualifications through various internships in the marketing area.
