US-based direct banking and payment services company Discover and Amazon.com are offering cardmembers the possibility to pay directly with Cashback Bonus for purchases at Amazon.com.

Discover cardmembers are now able to pay for their Amazon.com purchases using Cashback Bonus when they link their Discover card to their Amazon.com account.

In recent news, US online debit payment services provider Mazooma has made a micropay-in-a-box service available to Discover’s digital goods merchants. Discover Financial Services operates the Discover card, Americas cash rewards pioneer, and offers personal and student loans, online savings accounts, certificates of deposit and money market accounts through its Discover Bank subsidiary.

In September, Amazon.com has launched an online store in Spain, according to Spanish newspapers El Pais and El Mundo. Amazon currently has stores in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, China, Japan and Canada. It opened the UK Kindle Store in August 2010 and the German Kindle Store this past April.
