Uber allegedly disapproves with Indias new payment regulations

Uber has reportedly attacked India’s new payment regulations, which require a two-factor authentication process for all online transactions.

The company referred to the new regulation as being an ‘antiquated’ solution that will be at the disadvantage of consumers and businesses alike.

Uber connect drivers to customers via its app and is available in over 70 cities all around the world.

In recent news, Uber has introduced a wallet-style payment system in India after recent regulations require all online transactions to pass through domestic payment systems.
