Toys"R"Us integrates Adyen as its payments provider

Toys“R”Us has adopted Adyen as its online payments provider across multiple markets in the Asia region.

Traditionally a bricks-and-mortar business where shoppers can see, touch and even try out products prior to purchase, over the past three years, Toys“R”Us Asia has undertaken a digital transformation, optimising its existing ecommerce service as part of its strategy to adapt to how customers are shopping today.

Adyen’s single-platform solution and acquiring capabilities offer Toys“R”Us a better overview of payments data and the ability to offer shoppers local payment methods. These include AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK in Hong Kong, and GrabPay MY in Malaysia.

Adyen also processes online payments for Toys“R”Us for shoppers in Thailand and Taiwan.
