Maplecoin, the Canadian national crypto-currency, has been granted the support of Maple Syrup, an international reserve asset company, in order to develop its business, ibtimes.co.uk reports.

An exchange rate of one maplecoin to one millilitre of Maple Syrup has been established through the creation of the Maplecoin National Syrup Reserve, the same source reports. Maplecoin customers will be able to cash in their crypto-currency for pots of syrup from the syrup reserve.
