Under the terms of the agreement, Banco Popular is now connected to communities across the US, providing its customers with surcharge-free access to 33,000 Allpoint ATMs in national and local merchant locations. In addition, Banco Popular has launched an enhanced version of its online banking platform, set to allows customers to open an account online as well as transfer funds between internal and external accounts, pay their bills more quickly and monitor both their transaction history and statements online. Customers can locate the nearest Allpoint ATM online, through the bank’s portal or through Allpoint’s mobile applications for the iPhone, Blackberry and Android.
