Lifecell launches mobile payment service Paycell

 Ukraine-based mobile operator Lifecell has launched its mobile payment application Paycell. 

The application gives customers the mobile wallet Paycell to pay for services from their phones. The service is available to start for customers with Android smartphones. Subscribers of the operator are offered a 1 GB mobile data traffic bundle as a bonus when downloading the Paycell application.


Payments over the application are protected with the 3D Secure technology. Paycell allows customers to buy top-ups and pay for more than 1,000 services online. They can also transfer money to a bank account or any other electronic wallet. In addition, the app offers balance and account details and information on promotions from partners of Lifecell.
