Accenture opens centre in Indonesia focused on m-payments

Global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company Accenture has opened a financial services centre in Indonesia which the company is set to use in business areas such as mobile payments and remittances.

The new centre follows on from other centres for financial services built by Accenture in other Asia Pacific cities, including Beijing in China and Bangalore in India, as well as in Chicago US and Sophia-Antipolis in France.

In recent news, Accenture has launched a mobile wallet platform that features integrated analytics and big data functionalities, recommendation tools and security elements.
