Xoxoday partners with Uber for Business

Digital rewards, incentive, and payout partner for companies Xoxoday has announced a global partnership with the Uber B2B vertical, Uber for Business.

 

Based on the information detailed in the announcement, Uber and Uber Eats are set to be available to Xoxoday’s clients as digital gift cards in more than 60 countries on their marketplace. The collaboration marks an important milestone for Xoxoday as it becomes among the first companies worldwide to set up such an exclusive partnership with Uber for Business.

Xoxoday’s offering and details on its collaboration with Uber

Xoxoday is a platform that looks to provide seamless transportation and food delivery in 70 countries and accepts 52 separate payment methods. As per the press release, the addition of Uber’s global network of services to Xoxoday’s reward catalogue is set to provide users with the convenience and flexibility of accessing Uber’s services as part of their rewards and incentives programme.

The announcement further highlights that the exclusive partnership between Xoxoday and Uber for Business showcases both companies’ commitment to customer-centricity alongside their common vision of assisting companies in bringing forth benefits for their employees and customers alike. As Uber’s user-friendly platform has contributed to changing how people travel and order food, making it a preferred choice for a multitude of individuals worldwide, by enabling Xoxoday’s users with access to its services, the collaboration is believed to help drive convenience, choice, and global reach within the rewards industry.

Xoxoday partners with Uber for Business

When commenting on the partnership, Franck Monsauret, General Manager, Uber for Business France advised that the company seeks to bring the best of Uber to companies and their teams, together with their clients. Per their statement, following this collaboration, Uber is providing Xoxoday with its digital card solution, alongside a new acquisition and loyalty lever so as to increase customer satisfaction.

What is more, Harish Ramasamy, Associate Vice President of Category & Product, Xoxoday added that the company is looking forward to collaborating with a ridesharing and delivery platform like Uber and bringing forth their services to its platform. The spokesperson further stated that by integrating Uber and Uber Eats gift cards into Xoxoday’s offerings, the enterprise is expanding its users’ access to transportation and food delivery experiences, with the collaboration reinforcing its commitment to offering innovative solutions that enable businesses to create connections, as well as drive engagement.

Uber recent developments

Within its development strategy, Uber sought to simplify its services, showcased by several announcements. In May 2023, the company made public a collaboration with Amazon that aimed to enable Amazon Echo device owners to leverage Alexa towards Uber Eats orders’ tracking in the US.

Prior to this in that same month, the company announced a collaboration with the financial infrastructure platform for businesses Stripe that had the goal to decrease payment costs and provide customers with flexible payment methods for Uber Rides and Uber Eats alike.
