The application is compatible with IOS and Android systems and enables users to order from the group's three restaurant brands: Madero, Jeronimo and Dundee Chicken & Burges. The digital space displays the menus of more than 250 of the group's restaurants in the more than 70 cities where it is present. The new tool guarantees exclusive promotions and discounts for purchases through this channel, including prices lower than those offered in other applications.
The app makes it possible for customers to contact the Madero Group directly and access the status of their order with the ability to trace at which phase it is at. The consumer can also use the tool in person at restaurants to avoid queues or to track their current order as if it had been made at the Jeronimo Track and Madero Container totems because it is fully integrated into the restaurant system. Today, Madero Group has more than 700 thousand registered users and this customer base will be invited to gradually migrate to the new app, with advantages created for the new platform.
