Novant Health enters agreement with doxo

Healthcare services provider Novant Health has selected doxo, a US-based provider of bill management web services, to enable its customers to pay bills and manage their accounts.

doxo provides a digital file cabinet where users can receive and pay their healthcare statements, as well as organize EOB’s and other documents that surround episodes of care. Users can organize account information and make payments from their doxo account online or via the doxo mobile app.

Each time a customer connects to Novant Health on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered to the customers doxo digital file cabinet, which can then be accessed online or via the doxo mobile application. Documents can be printed or downloaded and backed up to the customers own hard drive or cloud storage service and customers receive emails to notify them of paperless bill delivery of their bills and account documents. Further, with doxoPAY, patients can pay bills, or set up auto-pay with user-specified limits. Users can also link their Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail or other personal email to automatically import and archive account related emails.

In recent news, Rice Lake Utilities, a provider of electric, water, and wastewater services, has selected doxo to enable the former’s customers to pay bills and manage their accounts.
