Ground Labs launched guidance for PCI compliance

Friday 26 September 2014 14:16 CET | News

Ground Labs, a sensitive data discovery software provider, has published guidance on obtaining Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.

The supplement is the first of a 3-part series, and covers the first of 3 critical steps to a remediation program: forming a partnership with the company’s appointed Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). QSAs are enlisted by companies to validate compliance against the PCI DSS, and ultimately help detect weaknesses in their data security posture.

Ground Labs is a global provider of development of security and auditing software for PCI Compliance. Ground Labs software is used to perform sensitive data discovery on computer systems worldwide, helping companies prevent security breaches that result in the theft of customers’ credit and debit card numbers.
