Tuesday 7 December 2021 10:58 CET | News

The world-acceptable crypto-friendly card company Embily has become a part of Visa’s Fintech Fast Track programme.

The American branch of Embily announced it will launch its first Bitcoin-based refillable debit card in the US in Q1 2022. The move will allow Embily to access Visa’s payment network and enhance the scaling of its business model by reaching new market opportunities.

The Embily card is already available almost everywhere in the world except the United States and will soon make its market debut in the States as both a physical and digital prepaid debit card.

The card can be topped with various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, and can be used to purchase online and offline goods after previously liquidating funds using a third-party exchange.
