Germany-based employee expenses platform Circula has announced expanding its product range through a cooperation with the corporate credit card company pliant.

Circula is launching a company credit card that, in addition to integration into accounting software, also offers high limits, premium card benefits and cashbacks. The product is already being used in a test phase by existing Circula customers and will be available to all existing and new customers at the start of 2022. Customers may use the Circula credit card as part of the Circula ecosystem, which offers tax-compliant processing of expenses and travel expenses through strategic partnerships with companies such as software company DATEV.

According to a Circula representative, the product range has been expanded to include corporate benefits with which employees can receive digital meal grants, among other things. pliant will act as the technical operator of the credit cards and the billing of the card takes place in real time, so that expenses can be transferred directly to the financial accounting. After completion of the test phase, Circula customers may request a new credit card, adjust the credit limit or block a card directly in the Circula app.
