The maximum cashback amount is capped to a total of EUR 50 per user per card. Cashback of 2% is only available on payments with the Visa card up to EUR 25. This doesn’t change whether one pays with the card in conventional form, contactless, or via a payment service such as Google Pay or Apple Pay.
All transactions that take place after registration with the registered Visa card receive cashback. The card-issuing (German) bank also plays no role. If you use several Visa cards, all cards must be registered separately for the promotion. In addition to the card number, you also need your name and email address. Visa's cashback promotion runs from 10 March 2021 until 7 April 2021. In addition to the campaign period and the conditions mentioned above, Visa has also capped the campaign at half a million euros. After that, nothing will be paid out. In principle, however, the refund is made automatically and within 3 weeks to the credit card account used.
