The agreement is to introduce an online bill payment service that will enable customers to pay bills and recharge prepaid services online through credit and debit cards. This online bill payment service, based on UBL’s internet based payment system, provides PTCL customers with a way to make payments of their monthly telephone and broadband bills.
In addition to automatically restoring customer accounts, this service will also enable customers to recharge PTCL EVO prepaid.
