Manchester United Selects InfoGenesis Technology Solution

Triangle, a UK-based reseller of InfoGenesis products and services, completed the sale and installation. After an intensive selection process, Manchester United chose Revelation by InfoGenesis for its ease of use, high return on investment, and UK-based support and services provided locally by Triangle. In a phased installation, Manchester United plans to install the Revelation POS solution to run on 250 IBM SurePOS 500 touch screen terminals and Symbol wireless handheld terminals with back-office software running on IBM x-series servers, all linked through the existing wireless infrastructure within the stadium. The solution is installed throughout the stadiums 17 suites, 51 executive boxes, 50 concessions, and all restaurants and bars. The POS terminals will provide improved transaction speed and accountability in the back office, while the handheld terminals let servers take and process orders at a customers seat and in the suites -- improving order delivery time and increasing customer satisfaction. Revelations robust reporting will allow Manchester United management to increase customer satisfaction and recognize and avoid lost sales while improving cash control profitability.
