Fiserv acquires MerchantPro Express as part of its expansion strategy

Via the agreement, market-payment solutions from Fiserv, including CoPilot, CardPointe, and Clover, will be brought together with the proven onboarding and service of MerchantPro Express. Although the financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, Fiserv believes that by combining their solutions and expertise under one roof, they will be able to expand and speed the delivery of new solutions.
