How will Zaelab and Shopify serve B2B companies?

In a bid to expand its capabilities and provide a complete B2B commerce experience, Zaelab developed Portul, an app built on the Shopify platform, with the solution intending to meet the needs of B2B businesses by offering additional features compared to traditional ecommerce functionalities. According to Zaelab’s officials, Shopify’s capabilities in retail and B2C focus on delivering an optimised framework that can support enterprise B2B customers in further extending their operations. By teaming up with Shopify, Zaelab is set to provide B2B businesses with increased efficiency and convenience, similar to how Shopify serves the retail and B2C sectors.

Furthermore, representatives from Shopify highlighted that Zaelab’s approach to modernising digital experiences falls in line with their company’s allegiance to equipping B2B businesses with a unified platform for omnichannel growth. Through this collaboration, Shopify is set to improve its ability to provide advanced solutions that fit the needs of B2B companies. In addition, the company’s officials mentioned their enthusiasm over launching Portal to shared clients, with the platform’s capabilities being set to offer a customised solution for complex B2B requirements.

The current news follows Shopify’s decision to expand its collaboration with Paymob to launch embedded card and wallet payments for merchants in the MENA region. As part of the announcement, Paymob also introduced digital merchant onboarding capabilities to allow fast and simplified setup of ecommerce stores on Shopify. With the newly added solutions, Paymob merchants in MENA were set to benefit from the ability to launch fully operational ecommerce stores within 48 hours of onboarding.
