According to a study by British market research company Clarendon Reports, Wincor Nixdorf has become the market leader in electronic point-of-sale systems in Europe.

According to Clarendons 2004 World Wide Data Book, Wincor Nixdorf has moved up from No. 2 to the top slot in Europe, the Mid-East and Africa (EMEA). In the last ten years, Wincor Nixdorf has achieved sustained growth in its core market selling checkout systems to retailers.
