Knox replaces Lorraine Yeakle, who is moving to Visas Global Brand and Marketing group. Under Yeakles leadership, Visa Commercial Solutions nearly tripled commercial card sales volume, established the Visa International Government Services program, enhanced the Visa Multinational Program, and oversaw a rapid expansion in the issuance and usage of commercial debit products. With over two decades of financial services experience, Knox joined Visa in 2002 to manage the alignment of product development and business strategies. As senior vice president, Visa Commercial Solutions, Knox will report to Schapp and have direct responsibility for the strategy and development of Visas procurement and travel solutions used by governments and businesses worldwide while continuing to play a key role in corporate strategy formulation. The Visa Commercial Solutions group consists of product platform development, enhanced data solutions, and the Visa Multinational Program.
