The bank has procured products from the Chordiant Marketing Director Suite, a powerful, integrated set of marketing applications that automate and streamline the full range of complex processes required to plan, define, execute and analyze multi-channel, multi-stage marketing campaigns. Using a single integrated solution to define all marketing activity across channels (including direct mail, telesales, branch, POS, e-mail and SMS) will enable Yapi Kredi to deliver a consistent message to its customers. In addition to selecting Chordiants flagship Marketing Director, Yapi Kredi also selected a number of other modules. These include Chordiant E-mail Marketing Director, a module that integrates permission-based e-mail marketing into the channel mix through the same user interface used for both Chordiant Marketing Director and Chordiant Mobile Marketing Director, which delivers personalized and targeted offers to mobile customers via wireless mobile messaging. Also procured was Chordiant Interactive Offer Director, a module that adds the capability to deliver tailored real-time offers to customers contacting the organization with servicing needs. This capability can increase the ability to turn servicing requests into sales opportunities, increasing the banks profitability, while also improving the customer experience, which increases loyalty and retention.
