Tshanganani Travel first tourist operator to sign on to Mobile Credit

South African Tshanganani Travel, has become the first travel company to sign on to CreditPipes Mobile Credit card transaction processing service to improve service to tourists and manage its finances.

Tour guides use the service to charge tourists as they board the bus, take deposits on car rentals and when making bookings, and to arrange foreign exchange. Mobile Credit allows tour guides to enter tourist credit card details in their cellphone, transmit them to the bank via CreditPipes servers, have the bank authorise or decline the transaction and return a status message.
