TNIS (prime contractor to Krung Thai Computer Services) has selected Clear2Pay Asia Pacific and its local partner OGA Syncom, to implement Clear2Pay state-of-the-art ePayments solution as a strategic part of KCS Government Financial Management Information Systems (GFMIS) project.

The next generation Bank Payment Hub solution provides banks and other financial institutions with a completely automated and integrated payment processing system that securely receives and validates payments of any type, size and format across multiple electronic channels. As part of the KCS’ strategy to provide world class solutions to its national infrastructure and customers, Thai banks need to ensure their payment processing platform is as efficient, convenient, secure and as automated as possible, and Clear2Pay has demonstrated these unique qualities in Thailand as well as in Asia through other recent regional deployments. The new payments infrastructure is aimed to securely receive and validates payments of any size and in any format including Bahtnet, Media Clearing files, corporate and government payrolls, dividends, retirement benefits and super payments. Over the coming months, the KCS team will work closely with Clear2Pay to implement the new solution based on the system design that both teams have produced. When the solution goes live next year, KCS’ customers will benefit from more timely and automated responses regarding the status of their payments, and additional features such as automated payment repair and a secure web-based inquiry facility.
