Symphopay POS payments integrates with Alpha Bank loyalty platform

Alpha Bank has partnered Symphopay to integrate POS payments with bank’s loyalty platform so merchants can benefit of loyalty and sales growth solutions.

In the Symphopay platform, merchants can activate marketing and communication campaigns. Also, advanced reports and analysis of card transactions and payment behaviour will provide traders with useful information for making business decisions.

Launched in October 2016 and build on Collinson platform, Alpha Shop is Alpha Bank‘s customer loyalty program dedicated to clients who choose to pay using bank’s-issued and enrolled cards. When they pay by card, customers are awarded with loyalty points, depending on the value of the purchase and the type of their card. Upon preference, these points convert into gifts consisting of free products and services or into significant discounts for future purchases in the Alpha Shop partner network.
