Stripe’s recent strategy of development

Stripe has multiple collaborations and developments in the last couple of months, covering several different geographic areas around the world.

In November 2023, Stripe announced its partnership with Vesta in order to provide fraud prevention and risk protection solutions that aimed to safeguard merchants and traders form fraudulent transactions. Following this strategic deal, Vesta Payment Guarantee was set to incorporate Stripe Radar risk scores to offer a secure and comprehensive fraud and revenue protection methods that increased transaction approval rates, as well as prevented first-party and third-party chargebacks.

According to the press release published at the time, the companies intended to make their collaboration advantageous to traders and businesses who were at risk due to high fraud or extensive disputes. Merchants were expected to be enabled to access the Vesta Payment Guarantee on the Stripe App Marketplace in H1 2024. Vesta also focused on incorporating Stripe Connect, a product that was designed to give businesses the possibility to facilitate purchases and payments between sellers and third-party buyers in a more efficient way.

At the beginning of the same month, US-based management platform Zen Business announced its decision to integrate with Stripe in order to optimise the manner in which small and medium-sized enterprises and businesses (SMEs, SMBs) managed their financial operations. The partnership combined Stripe’s secure and user-friendly payment processing offerings with ZenBusiness’ Money Pro, a solution that was developed for small firm owners that wanted to track all mileage, expenses, tax deductions, and income streams in real time.

In addition, Money Pro was set to provide customers with the possibility to save money each year on their tax bill through the process of calculating valuable tax deductions, as well as automating their financial records.
