The Strategic Partnership was developed to provide customers with a seamless integration between the PixelPoints POS solution and Compeat’s Restaurant Accounting solution. Before the integration, customers had the tedious and time consuming task of exporting data from their POS and manually entering the numbers into a spreadsheet on a daily basis to generate required reporting. Now, through an ODBC connection, customers using Compeat Software can easily turn the data extracted from PixelPoint’s POS database into Daily Sales Mix Reports and General Ledger financial data such as total sales, sales tax, payment types and more. PixelPoint customers like Sea King in Maryland are experiencing the benefits from the partnership and integration. Sea King uses PixelPoints HeadOffice ASP product to centrally manage their various locations in Maryland and Compeat for their general ledger purposes.
