Onyx Software and CIT Announce Integrated Solution for Merchant Management

Onyx Software and CIT have launched the CIT Merchant Management System (MMS), a solution to automate the boarding and servicing of Merchants.

The new solution, powered by Onyx and built and delivered by CIT, is designed to meet the specific needs of Processors and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). MMS combines CITs eBusiness, transactional and payment solutions with Onyx Enterprise CRM technology, which is intended to deliver more effective Merchant management and boarding, thus resulting in significant cost reductions and improved Merchant satisfaction for the Processor and ISO community. MMS offers real time boarding and application processing, automated Merchant management and servicing, and an interactive line of communication with ISOs/Merchants to gain more control of the customer and partner relationships. By incorporating Onyx CRM marketing, sales, and service functionality, MMS gives Processors an easy to use tool that helps them effectively cultivate relationships with their most productive ISOs.
