Confirming the trend of the 1st half of the year, MoneyLine recorded a 13% growth of its sales for the 2004 financial year.

The Payment Systems division has strengthened its leadership on the French market of electronic payments dedicated to the retail business. Taking advantage of their migration towards the new EMV / CB5.2 standards, many medium to large retail outlets have selected MoneyLine solutions, notably the integrated electronic payments software AXIS C3 which is widely recognised today as a market reference . Furthermore, new innovative solutions released during the CARTES 2004 show last november (GPRS centralised electronic payment solutions, ALDO RS 485 networked electronic payments solution), triggered strong interest. They also allow AXIS field of application to be extended to the fast growing middle market segment. On foreign markets, MoneyLine consolidated its market shares in Northern Europe while initiating development in Central Europe. Sales are expected to be achieved during the 2nd half of 2005. For its part, the Banking activity recorded the first effects of its commercial efforts initiated at the end of 2003 and of the generalization of the new range of IRIS machines: more than 200 machines have been delivered and similar amounts are already planned for 2005 and 2006. Similarly, the first orders have already been received for the new range of scanners (ScanLine). The slide in sales turnover experienced by this activity since 2002 has now been stemmed. Thanks to revitalised growth and to its continued rigorous management, MoneyLine should confirm the recovery of its operational profitability for 2004, by posting a consolidated income of approximately 6 %, after investing 12% of the turnover in R & D, in order to maintain technical developments in both divisions. 2004 results will be published at the end of March, 2005. OUTLOOK FOR 2005: CONTINUED GROWTH AND CONSOLIDATION OF PARTNERSHIPS WITH NORTHERN EUROPE MARKETS For 2005, the Group will mainly concentrate on pursuing actions undertaken earlier: - Widening the installed integrated electronic payment base by building on the functional innovations presented in 2004, - Consolidating the commercial recovery of Banking Systems thanks to the forecasted increase in branch banking automation introduced by all establishments, - Expanding its development worldwide mainly by providing AXIS Solution to large French retail outlets. Moreover, the Group announce the signing of a three-year distribution agreement covering Northern Europe and representing an estimated 15 million euros over the 2005-2007 period. As of January 1st, 2005, the order book stood at 8.5 M€, excluding outlined agreement. Based on this information, the Group expects its turnover to increase by 10% over the 2005 financial year.
